Corporate ethics training programs aim to instill ethical values, enhance professional conduct, and promote compliance with organizational standards. In healthcare institutions, where ethical dilemmas are common, such programs are essential for maintaining professionalism, ensuring patient safety, and fostering a culture of integrity.

Plateau State, with its growing healthcare sector, provides an ideal context for evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of corporate ethics training programs. This study explores the role of these programs in shaping ethical behavior and improving overall workplace conduct in healthcare institutions.
